We are a Consulting Company whose sole mission is to teach and help the public with consumer
issues. We evaluate our clients experiences as consumers and after making a determination that
they have a reasonable cause for redress, we teach and coach them as to how and to whom to
address their complaints in order for them to reach a satisfactory solution. We show them how
to prepare and word their complaint in order for it to be reviewed for possible violations of
the State Rules and Regulations as they apply to the protection of the consumer, increasing in
this manner, the probability of their complaints having a positive solution”.
Our work team is small, and it includes a Retired Investigator who not only serves as an advisor
but also participates and guides each case according to its specific circumstances; we have in
our resources a large data base which is constantly updated as it continues to be developed,
our employees are required to constantly update their training and improve their expertise of
Consumer Issues affecting the public.
Through the timely assistance and attention we provide to the needs of the consumer, we
have achieved a special place with our customers which come for the most part, from the
Hispanic community. Some of our staff are also trained as mediators and participate with the
Clark County Neighborhood Justice Center.
Our organizational make up was recently changed and I, Miriam Hickerson, became the General
Director of the company, and the Retired Investigator is now part of the staff. He serves in an
advisory capacity. It should be mentioned that I also served as a volunteer with the Nevada
Consumer Affairs Division and the time I served in this Division is the source of my desire to
provide support to the consumer in cases where they have been abused or taken advantage of.
